                     THE WRITINGS OF LIVINGSTONE FAGAN

On March 23, 1993, David Koresh sent Livingstone Fagan out of the Mt.
Carmel compound with the mission to present the Seven Seals to the world
through the media. Fagan, an English citizen, is currently serving a 40
year sentence in a Federal prison for his part in the Waco siege. He holds
a Masters of Theology from NewBold College in England, a Seventh-Day
